Frequently asked questions
Who can join?
Owner-operators with a kei van, kei truck or larger truck, and moving or junk-removal companies. Carrying goods for pay needs a light cargo transport notification (black plates) for kei vehicles, or a general cargo transport license for larger trucks. Junk removal can also need municipal permits.
When is the fee charged?
Only when a customer accepts your quote and the job is booked: 10% of its price. Quoting is free.
Which areas are you recruiting in?
You can join from anywhere in Japan. Right now we are adding movers mainly in Tokyo, Saitama and Kanagawa.
