Terms of Service

Article 1 (Application)

These Terms govern the use of IeGo (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Article 2 (Definitions)

"Service" refers to IeGo, a matching platform for moving and disposal services.

"User" refers to any registered user of the Service.

"Customer" refers to a User who requests moving or disposal services.

"Mover" refers to a User (individual or company) who provides moving or disposal services.

Article 3 (Registration)

Registration is completed when approved by us after applying through our designated method. We may refuse registration if the applicant falls under certain categories.

Article 4 (Prohibited Activities)

Users shall not engage in the following activities when using the Service:

• Acts that violate laws or public order
• Acts related to criminal activity
• Acts that infringe on the rights of other users or third parties
• Registering or providing false information
• Acts that interfere with the operation of the Service
• Providing benefits to anti-social forces

Article 5 (Disclaimer)

We bear no responsibility for transactions between users. The Service is a matching platform and does not guarantee the quality or safety of actual services provided.

Article 6 (Changes to Terms)

We may change these Terms as necessary. Revised Terms take effect upon posting on the Service.

Article 7 (Governing Law & Jurisdiction)

These Terms are governed by Japanese law. The Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from the Service.
